PRICING GUIDE
Hey there, here is a bit of a guide on pricing structure. Happy to have a chat with you about your project and available options.
I am able to assist with Wix, Squarespace, and WordPress sites, among other systems.
Hourly
After the first hour, time is billed in 30 minute blocks.
Invoices are generally sent either upon:
- completion of agreed works
- agreed time schedules eg. fortnightly or monthly
Discounts are available for commitments to ongoing hourly services and pre-quoted projects.
Retainer
Agree to a fixed number of monthly hours at a reduced hourly rate (compared to standard pricing).
This option requires a contractual commitment for a set period, with a minimum monthly hour requirement.
Unused hours do not carry over.
Billing:
- Invoices are issued at the start of each month for the agreed hours.
- Any additional hours used beyond the retainer are billed the following month.
Project
I’ll outline your project requirements and provide a fixed-fee quote. (valid for 3 months)
A deposit will be required to secure your project. ($400)
The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project (unless otherwise arranged)
This is generally used for website builds, designs, audits, site migrations, etc.
SEO & Content Strategy
- Analysis of your current site to identify strengths and gaps
- Comprehensive keyword research (15–20 high-value, relevant keywords)
- Content creation guidance aligned with search intent to drive organic traffic
- Keyword-to-page mapping report, providing a clear blueprint for which terms should be targeted on each page
Website Design & Development
This includes:
- Up to 10 professionally designed pages
- Custom contact forms tailored to your needs
- Mailchimp/Klaviyo integration to streamline marketing automation
- On-page SEO foundation for strong visibility from launch
- Google Analytics 4 & Tag Manager setup for accurate performance tracking
- 1-hour training session so you feel confident managing your new site
